4. How we collect Personal Data
- Directly from you when you contact us, request information, communicate through WhatsApp or otherwise provide information.
- Automatically from your browser or device through essential logs, cookies and similar technologies.
- From service providers that support Website hosting, security, analytics, communications and appointment administration.
- From public or third-party platforms when you choose to interact with linked services such as Google Maps/Reviews or WhatsApp, subject to those platforms' own privacy terms.
5. Why we process Personal Data
We process Personal Data only for specified purposes and where permitted by applicable UAE law, including to:
- respond to enquiries and arrange or administer appointments requested by you;
- provide information about services, specialists, prices and clinic locations;
- prepare for and deliver healthcare services, where applicable and subject to appropriate clinical and patient-consent procedures;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the Website and communications systems;
- measure Website performance and understand usage where the required consent has been obtained;
- send marketing only where you have provided valid consent or another lawful permission applies, and honour opt-out requests;
- maintain records, establish or defend legal claims, prevent fraud and comply with obligations imposed by health authorities, courts or other competent UAE authorities.
6. Health and other Sensitive Personal Data
Health information is Sensitive Personal Data and is also regulated by UAE healthcare legislation. We will limit access to authorised personnel and process such information only where necessary and permitted. General Website and WhatsApp enquiries are not substitutes for a clinical consultation, emergency service or secure patient portal. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact the appropriate UAE emergency service.
7. Cookies and analytics
The Website uses essential technologies required for security and operation. Subject to the visitor's consent where required, it may also use analytics or similar technologies, including integrations associated with Google Tag Manager, Yandex Metrica and Ahrefs Analytics. Google Tag Manager may load additional tags.
Non-essential analytics or marketing technologies do not load until the visitor has made the required choice. Visitors can reject non-essential technologies as easily as they accept them and later change their selection. Detailed vendor, purpose, duration and cookie information is provided in the Cookie Policy or cookie settings panel.
8. Sharing and service providers
We may disclose Personal Data only as necessary to authorised recipients, including:
- our authorised employees, healthcare professionals and clinic personnel on a need-to-know basis;
- Website hosting, information-security, IT support, analytics, communications, CRM and appointment-management providers acting under appropriate instructions and safeguards;
- WhatsApp/Meta when you choose to use a WhatsApp link, and Google when you choose to open Google Maps or review content; these third parties may process information under their own terms;
- professional advisers, insurers, auditors and legal representatives where necessary;
- DHA, MOHAP, law-enforcement bodies, courts or other competent authorities where disclosure is required or permitted by law;
- a successor in a lawful corporate transaction, subject to confidentiality and applicable legal requirements.
We do not sell Personal Data.
9. International transfers and data location
Some Website or communications providers may process Personal Data outside the UAE. Where cross-border processing is permitted, we will apply the safeguards required by applicable UAE law and provide information about relevant recipient categories and safeguards upon request. Health data relating to healthcare services provided in the UAE will be stored or transferred only in accordance with UAE health-data legislation and any approval required from the competent health authority.
10. Retention
We retain Personal Data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet applicable legal, healthcare-record, accounting, dispute and regulatory requirements. Retention periods depend on the category and context of the data and the applicable legal or regulatory obligation. Personal Data is then securely deleted, anonymised or archived where legally required.
11. Security
We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature and risk of processing, which may include access controls, encryption in transit, secure backups, logging, confidentiality obligations, supplier controls, staff training and periodic review. No Internet transmission is completely risk-free. If a Personal Data breach requires notification under applicable law, we will follow the prescribed process with the competent authority and affected individuals.
12. Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable UAE law and any healthcare-record or public-interest restrictions, you may request information about processing, access to relevant information, correction of inaccurate data, deletion where permitted, restriction or cessation of certain processing, portability where technically feasible, and review of certain automated decisions. You may object to direct marketing and withdraw a consent at any time without affecting processing already lawfully carried out.
To exercise a right, contact info@milenaaesthetic.com. We may need to verify your identity. Certain requests may be limited where retention or processing is required by UAE healthcare, legal-claims or other applicable obligations. You may also submit a complaint to the competent UAE data-protection or sectoral authority.
13. Marketing communications
We will send electronic marketing only with the permission required by applicable law. Each marketing channel will provide a reasonable way to opt out. Service or appointment communications are not marketing, but we will not use them to conceal promotional messages.
14. Children and minors
The Website is not directed to children for independent booking of healthcare services. Where a service involves a minor, the clinic may require action and consent from a parent or legal guardian in accordance with applicable law and clinical policy. We do not knowingly use a minor's Personal Data for behavioural advertising.
15. Third-party links
The Website links to services operated by third parties, including WhatsApp, Google Maps and review platforms. Their privacy practices are controlled by those third parties. We encourage users to review the applicable terms before submitting Personal Data. Opening a third-party link may disclose technical information to that provider.
16. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, services or processing. The current version and effective date will be published on the Website. Where a material change requires new consent, we will request it before relying on that consent for the new purpose.

WEBSITE TERMS OF USE
Effective date: 12 August 2026 | Last updated: 12 August 2026
1. Operator and acceptance
These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of milenaaesthetic.com (the "Website"), operated by MILENA AESTHETIC CLINIC LLC, trade licence no. 1138649, healthcare facility licence no. 1688574, with address at Villa D01, 892 Al Wasl Road, Umm Suqeim 1, Dubai, UAE ("Milena Aesthetic", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
Consumer-facing information and contractual terms must also be made available in Arabic as required by applicable UAE law. If versions conflict, the Arabic version will prevail to the extent required by UAE law.
2. Website purpose
The Website provides general information about the clinic, locations, professionals, technologies, services, indicative prices and promotions. Website content is not medical advice, diagnosis, a prescription or a substitute for an in-person or otherwise authorised consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
3. No automatic doctor-patient relationship
Viewing the Website, clicking a link or sending an enquiry does not by itself create a doctor-patient relationship or confirm that a treatment is suitable. A clinical relationship begins only through the clinic's approved process after identity checks, professional assessment and any required consent documentation.
4. Appointment enquiries and WhatsApp
"Book now" links currently redirect to WhatsApp. An outgoing message is an appointment enquiry only. An appointment is confirmed only when the clinic expressly confirms the branch, date, time, practitioner and any applicable deposit or pre-appointment requirement. WhatsApp is operated by a third party and is subject to its own terms and privacy practices. Do not use WhatsApp or the Website for emergencies.
5. Eligibility, clinical assessment and informed consent
Services are subject to professional assessment, medical history, contraindications, age requirements, availability and applicable licensing rules. The clinic or treating professional may decline, postpone or modify a proposed service where clinically appropriate or legally required. Before treatment, the patient may be asked to complete separate medical-history and informed-consent documents.
6. Results and medical advertising disclaimer
Treatment outcomes vary between individuals and are not guaranteed. Images, testimonials, descriptions and before/after examples illustrate individual experiences and do not promise the same outcome for another person. Risks, benefits, alternatives, recovery and suitability must be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional before treatment. Website content must not be interpreted as a claim that a treatment is risk-free, painless, certain, permanent or suitable for everyone.
7. Professionals, products and devices
Professional titles and licence details are published from information supplied and approved by the clinic. Products, medicines and devices may be subject to registration, classification, prescription, professional-use or other UAE requirements. Reference to a brand does not mean that it is suitable for every person. The treating professional determines suitability after assessment.
8. Prices, VAT and promotions
Prices and promotional information must be read together with the stated validity period, inclusions, exclusions and conditions. We will honour mandatory consumer rights and will not apply a price or condition that contradicts applicable law or a confirmed booking. Before a service is supplied, the clinic will confirm the applicable fee, VAT treatment, payment method and any deposit. If the Website contains an obvious error, the clinic will notify the consumer and obtain agreement before proceeding rather than silently charging a different amount.
9. Payments
The Website does not currently process online payments. Payments, deposits and invoices are handled through channels confirmed by the clinic. If online payment is introduced, the Website must display the provider, total price, fees, payment stages, confirmation process and applicable refund terms before the feature is launched.
10. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations, rescheduling, deposits and refunds are governed by the separate Cancellation and Refund Policy made available on the Website and by mandatory UAE consumer rights. No term in these Terms excludes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. User responsibilities
When using the Website or contacting the clinic, you must provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge, avoid impersonation or unlawful content, respect intellectual-property and security controls, and not attempt unauthorised access, scraping that disrupts service, malware distribution or interference with the Website. Medical-history information provided for treatment must be complete and accurate because omissions may affect safety.
12. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Website's text, design, branding, photographs, videos and other materials are owned by or licensed to the Website operator and are protected by applicable law. You may view and retain reasonable copies for personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction, publication, commercial use or alteration requires prior written permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
The name "MILENA AESTHETIC CLINIC" is the subject of a trademark application filed with the UAE Ministry of Economy in May 2025.
13. Patient images, testimonials and reviews
Patient images and testimonials may be published only where the clinic has the required permission and complies with applicable healthcare and advertising rules. A testimonial describes that individual's experience and is not a guarantee. Third-party reviews displayed or linked from the Website may be hosted by external platforms and remain subject to their rules.
14. Third-party services and links
Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, review platforms and other external services are provided for convenience. We do not control their availability, terms or privacy practices. A link does not constitute an endorsement of all third-party content. Users should review the relevant third-party terms before proceeding.
15. Privacy and cookies
Personal Data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By choosing a non-essential cookie category, you provide the choice described in the cookie interface. You may later change that choice through the Website's cookie settings. Use of the Website does not constitute consent to non-essential tracking where express consent is required.
16. Accuracy and availability
We take reasonable steps to keep Website information accurate and current, but services, professional availability and promotional terms may change. We may correct errors, maintain the Website or temporarily suspend features. Material information relevant to a confirmed service will be communicated before the service is provided.
17. Liability and mandatory rights
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by misuse of the Website, reliance on general information instead of professional advice, or the acts and systems of independent third-party platforms. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, consumer rights or patient rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence or other liability that UAE law makes mandatory.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, operational or service changes. The current version and effective date will be published on the Website. Changes will not retroactively reduce mandatory rights or alter a confirmed transaction without the consumer's agreement where such agreement is required.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Subject to mandatory consumer or healthcare complaint procedures, disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Dubai. Consumers may also contact the competent UAE or Dubai consumer-protection and health authorities where applicable.
